Get something else going. Bottle the rest of this if you need the keg space.

This is getting close to being the case.

I'm not sure this will hold up like that. It's on the line between pale ale and IPA. Not enough malt backbone to come out sweet if the hops fade though.

Yeah, if its really good I'm going to mad that I dumped the other bucket. If it sucks I'm going to mad that I have to sani-bomb the keg and replace all non-stainless parts. Either way I'm set up pretty good as a chronic pessimist.

Baxter brewing of somewhere in Maine. Quite hop forward, but not so much that you don't pick up on a malty sweetness. Great mouth feel too. Best American beer I've had in a long time, and at a relatively low price.

But I could put down many of these at 4.9%abv. And taste wise it wouldn't be an over load. There is something to be said for the simple beer you could drink all day. And for that this beer holds up. I'd enjoy killing a 12 of this stuff over a long summer day.

When looking at a bottle of wine, I've never had to read the label to see if the liquid inside was red, white or rose. I'm clever I guess.

I haven't tried his Far Out IPA. I'll have to give it a shot if I see it. Bootleggers is a relatively new brewery from around here. They are just starting to support more regional distribution. One to keep an eye on, massive growth in the last 4 years.
