And, don't forget... WHAT HE MADE IS DRINKABLE! At least by his standards, which is good enough for me to call it successful. 45 gallons of meh (drinkable) beer, not prison hooch, for under a $100.

It's still early to say, but it's not a dumper for sure. Still has potential to be really good..

Bottled again today. The last of the first batch was getting good. I didn't carbonate it enough, but is was almost good beer. The sour aspects are awesome, but less so when you're on a mission to drink 45gal of it.
