    this is a great article. There are a few points in there that i would like to fact check (lacking references) before retelling them as hard truths, but the idea that the tiny percentage of beer sold in the craft market is responsible for 4 times as many jobs as the huge amount of Budweiser, Miller, Coors etc combined, is astounding.

    Even if these numbers are exaggerated three or four times.... Craft beya only accounts for 6% of sales? I'm surprised it's that low.

    In other news, Linenkugals (sp?) is owned 100% by one of the big guys? I need to fact check this. But It would stand to reason given it's distribution around here. It seems to follow Shock Top and Goose Island.....

    the 6% figure is accurate, i was suprised it was that high.

    linenkuegals was one of the first to sell out, i think.

    miller owned them before miller-coors if i remember correctly.
