Dry hops weight conversion to wet hops

    Having trouble phrasing this question. If I need 10 oz of dry whole leaf hops what does that convert to for wet hops? Any idea? My friend that grows Columbus hops says he already has about 5 lbs of hops ready to harvest. I will brew my all columbus hop ipa again but want to use wet hops.

    i've never wet hopped. are you going to use them as the bittering, or just for late flavor additions?

    I was going to use for both bittering and late additions. I'm reading some stuff on probrewer that has me second thinking using wet. Need to think more about it.

    I really want to go over there in the morning and pick the hops and then brew in the afternoon.

    they say you also need to factor in the water in the hops
