    anbody ever added cocao powder to a hoppy beer? is that crazy.
    i guess i could try adding a small amount to a finished pint before drinknig to get a ballpark.

    i used bakers chocolate in my chocolate raspberry stout. It's intense. 2lbs would likely leave you grimacing due to the bitterness. I used around 4oz in 10gallons... more than enough IMHO. I also added it early so it could really be broken down into the wort. Otherwise it's kinda clumpy and greasy and doesn't go anywhere.

    oh did i say it was all in the beer Sorry i was drinking banana bread ale and chewing on the chocolate maybe got 8 oz in the pot was a drunk night it was

    I really need to look at the "mine" tab, I have comments on my threads but like an ass, I don't look into them.

    I am brewing this up real soon so it is on tap for fall, by real soon that is likely by mid-summer. L-)
