    Almost 25 hours cooking pork and brisket......when ur dog....sits next to the charcoal at 4 in the morning.....be careful he doesn't lean up against ur starter chimney......if he does he may catch fire....then u have to stomp on him to put..... the flames out......I'm just saying.....be careful out there my fellow brisketeers......
