    haha I brew at least once per week. My club had their big annual raffle this past weekend and I won 2 extract kits (brewers best pale american wheat & brew demon pilsner). So I made both of those and the Berliner I was planning on brewing on Monday :D

    Doing extract kits really helps make it a quick and painless thing. I should do more extract batches.

    Heh, it's probably not one you would want to use. It was part of a big brewday held by a local brewery (Rochester Mills) and limited ingredients were provided by them...more of a faux English Barleywine. There were 120 people brewing at the event...it was epic. So basically it's all american ingredients...prob will be somewhat lame lol.
