strange looking quote. is this a tapatalk thing?
also, any comments on brewing method here? ferm temp, primary timeframe, carb levels, the works really. I've never had an example of the style, but i've been curious about it for a while now.The pinnacle of lame and awesome in one singular moment. -Lake -

Kinda .... this one shouldn't be as dry .... and has more "horse blanket "Never attribute to malice, that which can adequately be explained by stupidity. -
a beire de garde is a malt focused beer. Fermented at 65 and raised the temp over 5 days to 70. Once fermentation was completed I began lagering it. It will remain lagering for 3-4 months.BJCP A0936 National Beer Judge and Mead Judge
