25lbs golden promise
1lb crystal 40L
12oz melanoidin malt (weyermann)
8oz munich malt (best maltz)
4oz crystal 120L
4oz pale chocolate malt
5.6% AA 1.5oz EKG 60 mins
5.6% AA 0.5oz EKG 10 mins
10 mins servomyces
10 mins whirlfloc
No sparge mash @ 154. 2 hour boil. 5.25 gallons in fermentor. Harvested WLP833 from a dopplebock I brewed from my conical and made a 2L starter for it...pitched it while it was active.
