i used bakers chocolate in my chocolate raspberry stout. It's intense. 2lbs would likely leave you grimacing due to the bitterness. I used around 4oz in 10gallons... more than enough IMHO. I also added it early so it could really be broken down into the wort. Otherwise it's kinda clumpy and greasy and doesn't go anywhere.The only thing between me and a train wreck is blind luck..... - Kenny -
