I just realized I posted an early version, I currently add a half oz of centennial at 30 minutes and a half oz at 5 minutes in addition to the cascade additions, so a total of 3 oz hops in this one so the total IBU is just under 70 for the beer.Jesus didn't wear pants

I also should note, I smoke my own malt as well, pecan wood is nice, also done oak and hickory as well.Jesus didn't wear pants

How'd this turn out? I recently did a Rye Pale Ale and my brother and I just did a Rye IPA. Both turned out great! Great flavors from the rye malt.

This is a favorite beer amongst my friends, the smoked flavor really adds a nice depth to the beer that makes me think of "camping in a glass"Jesus didn't wear pants
