Once this recipe is ironed out I will move it to the proper recipe section, but for now it's looking like this:
8 lb 2-row
1.25 lb Vienna
.5 lb dark Munich
.5 lb c-60
.2 lb honey malt
Mash at 152 for 60 min
.75oz cascade @FWH
.3oz cascade @30 min
.3oz centennial @30 min
2oz centennial @2 min
60 minute boil
S-04 yeast

so this beer came is at 1.057 OG, and dropped out to 1.010 with notty at 60 degrees, it is relaxing in the carboy in the basement waiting for me to get off my arse and clean up a keg to get this one on tap.
the gravity sample was quite delicious, malty, and nicely balanced hoppy bitterness to flavor profile, im interested in how its going to mature once carbed up and crash cooled for better clarity.Jesus didn't wear pants
