Once this recipe is ironed out I will move it to the proper recipe section, but for now it's looking like this:

    8 lb 2-row
    1.25 lb Vienna
    .5 lb dark Munich
    .5 lb c-60
    .2 lb honey malt

Mash at 152 for 60 min

    .75oz cascade @FWH
    .3oz cascade @30 min
    .3oz centennial @30 min
    2oz centennial @2 min

    60 minute boil

    S-04 yeast

I might do that, what do I drop by .5lb?

I would like to keep the gravity about where it's at

so this beer came is at 1.057 OG, and dropped out to 1.010 with notty at 60 degrees, it is relaxing in the carboy in the basement waiting for me to get off my arse and clean up a keg to get this one on tap.

the gravity sample was quite delicious, malty, and nicely balanced hoppy bitterness to flavor profile, im interested in how its going to mature once carbed up and crash cooled for better clarity.
