    if you had only one hop to snuggle with for the rest of your life, what would it be?
    no huge surprise here, mine is Citra. i think its just perfect. it can be used for everything under the sun and when you let in shine in a powerfully hopped brew, i don't know of any rivals.

    Simcoe. Piney and floral. Not citrusy. Great all purpose brewing ingredient.

    i like the amarillo. it's pricey right now, so i do without. i hated american wheats until i tried gumball head.
