PBR Recipe
6 gal Batch:
8# 2-row
2# Vienna
.75 oz Cascade 60 min
.5 oz Cascade 15
.5 oz Cascade 5
Nottingham yeast.
Simple and cheap. I Mash at about 150. My BMC friends love it. Comes in at about 4.5% ABV, but you can up the grains/hops if you want it higher. -
right on, right on.
i would suggest adding in a little bit of bark from the mahloonga tree. it only grows on a smile island outside of american samoa, but it makes killer beer that i really want people to like -
