    brewing the wee heavy in a utilikilt, caramelizing the first runnings, and racking the wee heavy into the barrel.

    1 oz Phoenix @45 min
    .75 oz EKG @35 min

    90 minute mash

    Kettle caramelize 1 gallon

    90 minute boil.

    A hydro sample of the toasted pumpkin seed ale, it ended up in the barrel, then into a comp where it got me gold.
