I'm not sure there was much of a recipe.... Basically the two turkey breasts (half birds?) Were pretty well picked over at the end of dinner. Put them bone and all in a crock pot with a bout two quarts of water and let simmer all night. In the morning strain out the broth and return to the crock pot. Separate bone from meat. Return meat to pot. Add whatever veggies you like and let go, we used celery and carrots. About an hour before you are ready to eat add the noodles. We used extra wide egg noodles. Season with parsley and thyme. My wife likes things with no seasoning, so I don't have much to say about how to season.
