Country Vegetable Soup

Dice up and brown 4 strips of bacon in the stock pot
When the bacon is done add 1/2 of a diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves (3 if small)
In the stock pot combine:
4 cans of 16 oz cans of chicken broth
3 1/2 cups of water
1 bag of frozen mixed veggies
1 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
Bring to a boil and add 3/4 cup of macaroni pasta (you can also cook pre cook the pasta and add later)
Serve with a crusty bread.
