spent grain pizza crust

made this tonight. kinda made up the recipe and it turned out damn good.
2 cups bread flour
1 cup spent grain
some yeast, maybe 2 tsp
salt
3/4 cup water
1 tbs sugar, or honey or brown sugar
knead for 5 minutes or until gluten chains are formed, i just put it into the dough hook and let er rip. then put into bowl to rise for at least an hour or until you are ready to roll it out.
made one thin crust and one deep dish in a cast iron skillet. both turned out awesome.
