    Can you upload the bsm file? If you go to file on the recipe page and hit export, it will create a bsm file in a specified folder, just attach it so we can see it and tweak it to our respective breweries. When I brew it, I'll send you a sixer

    Yeah simple they way the Germans would do it. Flavor comes from the yeast.

    Yes I've done the comparison. And I like both yeasts. This one is mor banana the 300 I believe is more clove. I actually like the Clove a bit more. I will brew both this summer.

    Sounds like I'll just split the batch. I'm getting tired of buying $16 per 10 gallon batch because I want to compare yeasts...

    Yeah. That's what I wanted to do this time but didn't have the recipe converted to 10 gal batch yet.
