Is that too much DME? This is all the hops I have and BrewTarget is telling me this will be extra malty. It's usually wrong, but now I'm not sure about the extra pound of DME...

I blueberried half of this. Heated 1.75 lbs of blueberries to 180* then put in a carboy and racked the beer on top of it. Didn't leave enough headspace and the airlock blew off. Next time I puree instead of just mash up and I put it in the primary and not a damn carboy. What was I thinking? Beats me...."On it. I hate software." ~Cpt Snarklepants
