Granola beer

So as many of you know; I work at a granola factory. We save floor sweepings for pig food, and I was thinking I could make a beer out of it. It's mostly rolled oats, with some sweeteners and a bit of canola oil. Also there is often some dried fruit in the mix. I was thinking I could mix it with some 6-row and make a beer. The oil content isn't good, but it should work, and a fly sparge may help that problem a lot.
Any suggestions as to the lowest % of 6-row I can get by with would be great, also yeast suggestions are welcome too.

I'm thinking this would be a good first brew for the red neck 1.5bbr brewery, but I'd like to try a smaller batch first.

you could always add some peanut butter and make a reeses stout, since the head retention will be nil anyway.

I'm still having trouble getting past the "floor sweepings" part.

Seems like a good idea. I used some cracked corn I bout for chicken feed for a lager. I plan to try malting some of the whole grains I feed them.

Are you sure? I though you could get by with 50% of 2-row, also about 12 % by wieght of the granola is simple sugars already.

you might be able to get away with 40%, but you're going to be sparging for days!

What hops are you going to use? I was thinking that you would want to use European hops nothing too bitter. Maybe an oz at the 60 min and more flavor hops around 20 and that would be it.

    I was thinking:
    Goldings, Fuggles, Tettnanger.

For a more American spin you could go with
    Cascade, Perle, Williamette
