Mash at 150 for 60 min and boil for 90
This was my first solo AG beer. Not sure why I picked such a big complex beer. It has been aging for a full year now and has really come into its own. The one from yesterday was incredible especially as it warms in the glass.

If you have a 10 gallon mash tun you will be ok. Mine is an igloo water cooler type. My wee Heavy had like 24 lbs of grain and fit. -

I have a five gallon. 12 pounds of grain at 1.25 qts/lb is pretty much full. I have a 15 gallon cooler that I am planning to convert, but i haven't had a recipe for it yet. Until now... It's really too big, but you know what they say about that or going home.
