    3.0 oz Perle (8.2%) - added during boil, boiled 60 m

    3.0 tsp Yeast Energizer - added dry to primary fermenter

    Taste is excellent, a nice chocolate coffee flavor.
    I think it would go great over some icecream.

    I need to start brewing more frequently so i can try these out.

    I love the recipes, keep 'em coming. Do you do any over-the-top belgian styles?
