I don't know what to brew next

    In process i have a Black Saison that will be ready end of February. I also have the Black IIPA. To be ready end of February. Summer Saison is fermenting.

    Currently drinking:

    American Strong
    RIS
    Baltic Porter

    Ideas:
    IPA
    Stout to long age til next winter
    IIPA - Maharaja

    Something completely different.

    Yes, something with rye in it. I like the SN rye IPA so maybe something like that.

    I love a heffe but I only drink them in summer.
