    12 lbs of golden promise
3oz of roast barley (home roasted, a little on the light side)
    2oz peat smoked malt.

    Over hopped for style:
1oz northern brewer for 60 min
1oz phoenix half for 15 min, half for about 2 min
A pinch of smoked malt for 15min

The boil was going long before I added any hops. I boils down the first gal of runnings to about 1.5qt.

Just a little over 5gal with an OG of 1.078.

Sounds yummy. I imagine replicating would be difficult.

That's not that hard to reproduce as far as my resipes go. The grain bill doesn't include "top off tun with feed barley" or things like "rinse out a 55gal honey drum and use rinse water for..."

I don't know how long I mashed or at what temp, but I kept it at mash temp throughout the sparge so all the temps for a long time.
