Clean out the freezer Double IPA
-
So I needed to create a test topic... Figured I might as well post the recipe I'm using to clean out the older hops from my freezer. I did an inventory of my hops last week and I had over 23lbs of hops in my freezer... Some of unknown origin and/or age.... So all hops will have to pass the sniff test before going into the kettle...so there may be some alterations to the recipe on the fly on brew day...

I made him buy me my yeast and we're using his propane... But yeah he's making out for sure... though... Some of the ingredients may be slightly sub par lol.BJCP A0936 National Beer Judge and Mead Judge
