I don't really know where to start. Other than this.

I need some Munich and pilsner malt

Maybe some chocolate malt or caramunich?

    Hops:
Some combination of Saaz, Spalt, Styrian Golding, Hallertau Mittelfrüh or Tettnanger hops

I think the mash has to be some sort of double decoction.

I guess a German lager yeast

I've heard there are a couple people on this site that like malt. Maybe they can help

I have a Dopplebock ale recipe on here .... "Debacle"
Loose (or cut back) on the late addition hops and use a lager yeast

assuming 5 gallons, this is what i would go for:

all dark munich for the base, ~4oz caramunich, ~1-2 oz pale chocolate malt, maybe an ounce of special b.
definitely decocotion, and use the spalt or styrian for bittering and a half ounce or so of mittelfrau at 15.

but that's tailored to my personal taste in doppelbock: dark, rich, and malty.

i think this is also what I'm looking for. I was thinking in my head something kind of like celbrator.

Sorry, I don't have any valuable input here. That just sounds good.
