    I had the opportunity to try out a new brewery in Bellevue, WA recently. The place opened their doors in Dec of 2012, and given the clientele and overall atmosphere on a Tuesday night, I'd say they are doing quite well.

    Ordered their fresh hop pale. It's pretty good. A little light on the aroma, I would like to get a solid nose full. Definitely a good kick of bittering and flavor is ther, but sort of non-descript. I can't pick out the varietals, too muddy. Not as crisp as I would expect for a fresh hopped beer.
