    Amount of priming sugar for my hefe. Nice big thick head and somewhat effervescent and refreshing. I did keep the bottles in a big tupperware box just in case I would get explosions. So far the caps haven't even bulged.

    They may continue to carb more .... so you might want to drink it fast ... or put it all in the fridge
