i dry june bugged a beer

    so i just kegged the other 5 gals of my latest ipa. i let that one dry hop for 2 weeks. while extracting the hops, i noticed a june bug in amongst them.

    it is far too late in the year for june bugs to be around here. this came in with the hops. they were 2011 cascade hops from direct hops.
    not really very worried about it, but i do think its pretty damn funny and i can't wait to pour some off that keg and then tell my friends once they finish their first pint!

    personally i'd wait until after the second. if they've asked for the second, then they admit they like it.
