    I keept forgetting to post these. Also, it's almost halfway through the year and COMBINED we just now hit the limit for a single household. I need bigger fermenters.


    I took a short one a couple hours ago. It was nice. --

    This was part of an Iron Brewer competition... Thinking the beer may be undrinkable as Werther's has actual butter in it... The wort looked like soup when it was boiling...

    It's basically a high acidity beer with some brett in it that you use for blending. You can make a beer a little more crisp with it, make it tart, or turn it into a full on sour beer. Each time you use some of it you top it back up with some more.
