    Secondary Fermentation glass 62 days
    Other Fermentation dryhop 30 days before bottling, 1/4 oz. Perle
    Procedure 1 qt. per lb. Infusion mash at ph 5.2 at 150f for 40 min.- add 1 gallon 195f water to thin mash for 30 min. more.- Sparge at 170f to collect 4 gallons Boil for 3 hours adding hops as directed.
