    3.0 lb Crystal Malt 40°L
    7 lb Pumpkin (fresh) - added during boil, boiled 0.0 m
    1.0 oz Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 60 m
    1.0 oz Crystal (3.3%) - added during boil, boiled 30 m
    0.5 oz Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 15 m
    1.0 tsp Irish Moss - added during boil, boiled 10 m
    1.0 ea White Labs WLP001 California Ale

    Notes
    Roast pumpkin chunks for 1 hour, then insert in to beginning of boil of wort.
    After boil (60 minutes), mash pumpkin in strainer back into wort.
