want to know about hops?
I store mine In the freezer Wich currently is out of stock. The only thing In their now is my yeast packets. I buy yeast all the time weather I need it or not. I really need to stock up on hops.

i use 3/8 on my sanke setup because krausen never gets that high. I used 5/8 when working with carboys. i think the 5/8 fit over the cut-off top of an air-lock. The problem I have now is the glass is slippery due to the volcano effect.

Boom and bust fermentation question - Oatmeal Stout
I agree with lake, and unless your adding fruit or somthing I would skip the secondary and Just leave it on the yeast cake until your ready to bottle or keg. Good luck and let us know how it's going.
