Acid Beer (for blending)

I should add... The acid beer is really only a component of another beer... On it's own it's not particularly good tasting. Far too acidic. But if the acid beer develops flavors that you don't like... Like acetic acid (vinegar) then…

It's a black tea that undergoes a different fermentation process than the 'normal' black tea. It's more or less black tea without the astringency. I find the depth of flavors to be more complex as well.

Plate Chillers

i have a 12 inch 40 plate chiller and i fund it to be fantastic and clean up to be quite easy.
