    I would probably bump up the late additions at 10 and 5. But i like late hops.

    I have all the hops on hand in bulk so I can always bump up the late additions if I decide. I could bump the 5 min addition to 1oz

    Its hard to go wrong with more late addition hops. It takes a lot to really have a strong impact.

    Mmmmmm late addition hops..... I like the cascades for that too. (even though I normally use EKG)

    Grain bill order placed. LHBS didn;t seem please when he asked if I needed hops and I told him I had them bulk. What do you expect when a person can buy 1lb of hops for around $10 and an ounce from him would cast like $2.

    I'm going to play with the recipe a little more this afternoon and update.

    My lhbs is pretty much ok with it. They realize that folks will buy unique or hard to find hops in small amounts from them for stupid prices. But for the everyday stuff we all buy it from the same place... literally they buy from the same source. Probably only get slightly better prices than whar we do.
