    1.25-oz Fuggle (4.5 AA) 60-min.
    0.5-oz Fuggle (4.5 AA) 5-min.
    S-04 yeast

    Single infusion mash at 156, batch sparge twice
    Primary only for 5-weeks. Carbonate on the low side.

    For a summer beer you can hop it up a bit... do a first wort hop with 2 oz... and a full oz late

    This sounds good.

    No control over carbonation though. All beers go in the same fridge at the same temp with the same gas pressure.

    That's OK.... it will still be good..... just let it sit for a bit after you pull one.... should be served a little warmer than American styles anyway.

    If I were to brew this for a competition, and many have tried to talk me into doing just that, I would cut back the Maris Otter to 8 pounds.... and leave all else alone. But this is the way I like it.

    That's almost "the normal way" I always have to ask with you. You have your own way with a lot of things... I may brew this one next (give or take), and I'd like to try it your way.
