Mosaic Hops

    Anyone have experience brewing IPA's with Mosaic hops? I was thinking about putting together a recipe for a brew day next weekend.

    I'm thinking something on the drier side maybe in the 6 to 7% range.

    i did one, but it was a while ago. overall i liked them, but it's hard to say exactly what they were like. kind of a muddy mix of a bunch of other hops.

    like, they have the floral, piney, earthyness, and also the citrusy notes.

    This is why I want to use them. I tried a beer on vacation that used mosaic and it was pretty intersting.
