    So far so good
    i converted the 5.00 lbs Dry Extra Light; Muntons
    to 9.00 lbs of 2 row
    i did a 50 minute on the grain at 155 deg
    fly sparge W/170 deg water
    i got Original Gravity 1.065
    OH and soak the orange in 100 proof stoli for 3 hours
    Ain't that a Bitch
