    the good news. no infection or leaks in the fermenter. after 6 month sitting in ther, if there was a problem i;d have tasted it.

    i'll give the carbed product a little taste soon.

    i still have a gallon or two in the fermenter. need to decide wha to do there. and i plan on capturing 4 or 5 vials of yeast too.
