    also, any comments on brewing method here? ferm temp, primary timeframe, carb levels, the works really. I've never had an example of the style, but i've been curious about it for a while now.

    a beire de garde is a malt focused beer. Fermented at 65 and raised the temp over 5 days to 70. Once fermentation was completed I began lagering it. It will remain lagering for 3-4 months.
