30 minute brew time?

    i am moving more and more towards flavor hops only, no 60 minute boiling hops.

    with that in mind, what's the point of boiling for 60 minutes? seems like it could be cut in half easily.

    As long as you can drive off all of the dms and hit your target gravity it shouldnt matter.
