    i've got bottles of a DIPA i made 2 or 3 years ago in the fridge. i opened one a few weeks ago and it was fantastic.

    I'm not sure this will hold up like that. It's on the line between pale ale and IPA. Not enough malt backbone to come out sweet if the hops fade though.

    i have a few ballast point IPAs and Pales.

    I did drink a Fat Tire. that's pretty malty. are you happy now?
